Elevating the Online Student Support Hub Through Equity, Design and Data (EDD)

As higher education prepares for a post-pandemic return to classes, colleges are reflecting on the innovative methods they utilized to create authentic engagement with their students online. As a result there is a genuine need to build capacity and infrastructure for sustaining online student support services. This can be realized through the introduction of an online student support hub. The CVC-OEI webinar will focus on how to develop and implement an online student support hub and introduce strategies for elevating existing hubs by reviewing equity principles in online services design as well as the importance of collecting and analyzing meaningful data.
