In June 2019, the California Community Colleges, through the California Virtual Campus – Online Education Initiative, awarded $27.5 million in grants designed to accelerate innovative online learning opportunities leading to increased employability and upward mobility for working Californians. As a result of the grants, 792 new online courses and 216 online programs were developed. Grantees also made advances in online student support services and professional development for faculty and staff. Join fellow colleagues to learn more about how their work is changing the future on online education throughout California.
